Last updated: 31 July 2026
About chargebacks
A chargeback is a payment reversal initiated through a cardholder's issuing bank. It may occur when a transaction is disputed.
Raising a dispute
Contact Finunique support first when you do not recognise a transaction or believe a service was not delivered as agreed.
Required information
We may request transaction details, communication records or proof connected to the disputed payment.
Review process
Chargebacks are reviewed under applicable card-network and banking rules. Outcomes and timelines are controlled by the participating financial institutions.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants should retain fulfilment, consent and refund records that may be needed when responding to a dispute.
